Custom Feather Flags for Beltra Agricultural Show, County Sligo
Beltra Agricultural Show in County Sligo needed outdoor flags for its annual show on 5 September 2026. They had to look good on the day and be reusable at future events. We supplied four matching 3.1-metre feather flags, with artwork designed by our sister company, Designwest.
Design by Designwest
Agricultural shows bring together local businesses, farming families, exhibitors and visitors, so the show’s name needed to be easy to spot outdoors.
Graphic designer Ena Herrero of Designwest prepared the final designs. We presented two options to the client and, once the preferred version was approved, the artwork was prepared on the manufacturer’s production template for large-format flag printing.
What We Supplied
- Four 3.1-metre-high, single-sided feather flags with full-colour custom printed artwork
- Four flagpoles
- Two ground spikes for soft ground
- Two weighted metal base plates for hard surfaces
Having both types of fixing gave the organisers a choice when positioning the flags around the event, whether on grass or a hard surface.
Delivered Ahead of the Show
The 5 September show date set the deadline. Once the design was approved, we coordinated production with our manufacturing partner and the flags were dispatched in August, allowing time for delivery before the event.
We arranged delivery directly with Caroline Dowd, Secretary of Beltra Agricultural Show, to make sure the order reached the correct location.
Feedback from the Show
After the event, Caroline contacted us to say thank you.
“The flags were fantastic and looked great.”

We were delighted to hear it, and pleased to support a County Sligo community event.
